SAP EHS Safety Issue allows any worker to  Option to attach up to 4 pictures or videos of the log the issue with a mobile device by taking photos or observation videos of it. Workers can attach up to 4 photos or videos and can describe the observation by audio recording.  Audio recoding of observation details User, location and date time information is added  Option to track the status of observations automatically.
