 Responsible for the day-to-day management and overall administrative, financial, operational and
compliance oversight of 36 multi-family residential, affordable and conventional properties in 4 states,
totaling 4157 units, with a value estimate of $412+million and annual gross revenues of $31 million.
Compliance activities include management contract renewals, rent increases, interpretation of state, federal
and local regulations, including fair housing/sexual harassment.
 Staff Supervision, training and education for 127 employees;
 Develop and monitor long-range plans for the properties; work with staff to implement policies, procedures
and training guidelines to ensure staff development and on-going property management of the portfolio.
 Direct customer service and portfolio assessment programs, e.g., resident surveys, performance-based
bonus award program, and annual training and educational development program for the employees.
 Develop and implement Marketing and Outreach program to successfully occupy apartment rentals for
36 Properties on schedule and in accordance with needs of owner’s tax credit/conventional
opportunities.
 Conduct underwriting analyses including preparation of rent-up and operating budgets, and identification
of external financing opportunities.
 Direct contact and preparation for asset/lender tours and reporting
Greystar Residential - Regional Property Manager 2005-2009
 Responsible for the day-to-day management and overall administrative, operational, financial and
regulatory compliance for residential properties with approximately 1800- 2800 units in three states
(Arizona, California and Nevada) with staff supervision of 35+ employees.
 Lead Role in training and education for new staff; develop and mentor for career growth new employees
to support organizational growth and management of new owner and fee assets.
 Assisted with both Acquisitions and Dispositions of owner owned and fee managed assets
Fairfield Residential General Manager 2001-2005
 Responsible for the day-to-day management and overall administrative, operational, financial and
regulatory compliance for residential properties with approximately 556 residential units of affordable,
mixed and conventional housing.
 Assigned as the role of Transition Team Manager for Troubled Portfolio to improve and enhance the
distressed properties in organization portfolio are effectively and efficiently leased up, financial solvent
