Our comprehensive suite of UC functionality improves staff efficiency and productivity, by empowering them to better manage internal and external communications.  Team The Business Analyst will be a member of the Research & Development (R&D) Team. ROLE DESCRIPTION The Business Analyst will be fully responsible for involving key technical and project resources to gather business requirements through requests from the business, from customers and through proactively seeking improvements to the products. The Business Analyst will work with the Project Manager (and supporting parties) to develop Business Cases prior to project kick-off, then documenting and presenting requirements in appropriate forms to appropriate parties. The Business Analyst will participate throughout the lifecycle of the project as a reviewer, to ensure that the goals are communicated, understood and delivered on. The Business Analyst will be a person who thrives on gathering information, and will be naturally talented at rapidly identifying the key elements that will make a successful project, and at documenting and communicating those. RESPONSIBILITIES Requirements Analysis: Apply analytical skills and industry standard business analysis tools and techniques to understand the business problem and capture business / funtional requirements. These requirements must be of sufficient detail to be fed into the software development process to be used by Developers to develop, Test Analysts to create test plans, and Technical Writers to document. Organise, facilitate and participate in workshops and individual sessions with business areas to identify current processes and future requirements. Work and contribute effectively as both a team player and as an individual within multiple projects, multiple teams and regions. Zeacom Limited Page 1 Role Description – Business Analyst August 2008

Other Tasks:  Designing and developing high quality business solutions and other projects.  Working with the Project Manager to develop and manage project plans.  Working with the Project Manager to manage project scope and budget.  Being accountable for defined assignments/projects.  Liaising with customers (mostly internal) during Business Analysis and Design.  Recognizing and promptly advising management of potential problems and for potential follow-on business opportunities.  Leading key project areas of the implementation.  Responsible for client relationship at appropriate level of the project. Consultation and Team Work:  Acting as a mentor on projects as well as delivering assigned project responsibilities.  Quality responsibility for work done by other team members.  Promoting practice initiatives.  Proactive communication role.  Acting in the role of expert for key skills or product areas.  Development of service line best practices and standards.  Development of implementation methodology. Communication is an essential part of the role. All team members are expected to participate in team wide, one on one and occasionally customer-oriented interaction. Specifically the Business Analyst will communicate and liaise with the Project Manager, business and other technical areas to explain complex concepts and processes and to clarify deliverables. The BA will be expected to establish and maintain effective communication with all project stakeholders; providing regular requirement updates, walkthroughs and signoffs appropriate for the intended audience. Process Improvement: Process Improvement is an ongoing project for the company and it is the responsibility of each individual in the team to identify areas for improvement and support the implementation of changes. Improvements can be process, toolset or collateral that will assist productivity, efficiency and quality, as well as support knowledge transfer. In addition, the Employee will be required to perform all other duties which are reasonably incidental to the Employee’s position, as directed by the Employer from time to time. Skills:  An understanding of business/organization/marketing context of business solutions.  Excellent communication (written and verbal).  Team player.  Team Leadership.  Business requirements gathering and analysis.  Strong analytical skills.  Process oriented.  Proactive approach to issues.  Able to contribute in a number of areas outside of specialty  Meeting management and presentations skills  Have excellent time management and organisational skills  Be delivery focused  Ability to maintain professional standards, remain calm and meet deadlines under pressure.  The ability to extract requirements from the customer using industry standard approaches.  Understanding of the full software development lifecycle.  Willingness to provide ideas and solutions to continually improve internal processes.
