Person Specification Specifications Requirements Educational • Tertiary qualification in a business or IT related field Qualifications Work Experience • At least 5 years experience in business analyses • At least 3 successful deliveries of requirements for projects of over $500k or 9 months duration Systems • Experience in the following: Requirements - SQL / Oracle / J2EE / .net environment - Online database - MS Office products, Excel, Word, PowerPoint to an intermediate level Professional • Production of business analysis documentation and data and Skills process modeling • Convey information in a clear, concise, accurate and tactful way • Relationship building • Demonstrates an awareness of the corporate context in identifying and delivering individual systems solutions • Willing and able to coach or train clients to meet their identified requirements • Production and review of design and technical specifications requirements based on functional specifications • Exposure to a variety of Systems/Software Development Life Cycle methodologies. • Standards identification/creation and promotion • Develop reliable, soundly based and reasoned forecasts • Capable of conducting structured research into potential IS solutions to meet the need • Creation of test programmes to verify the functional accuracy of any system changes.
