HR Incentive Payment System – Software Development & Implementation Project I led this project to develop a mathematical model for incentive payment (HR) system for Railway Corporation. It was developed based on VC platform, client-server architecture, Novell Netware and Windows operating systems and by using SSADM and RAD methodologies. NAZM AVARAN Inc. [Nov 1989 – Jul 1993] I had a permanent position at NAZM-AVARAN Inc. and managed couple of projects, performed business systems analysis and system analysis for the following projects. NAZM AVARAN was a management consulting company.
