    • The Salem Public Library’s  PageFlakes Tutorial
    • The Log‐in Procedure  • Log‐in should only be required once a day (or,  in case of computer trouble, every time the  computer is turned on) as the site should stay  open the entire day.  • The log‐in process consists of two major  actions: logging‐in to Pageflakes and,  separately, logging‐in to Wordpress (the  Notebook). 
    • The Log‐in Procedure  First, click the Internet Explorer icon,  and enter: www.pageflakes.com into  the URL field.  Or, click the Pageflakes Icon.
    • The Log‐in Procedure  Click  “Login”
    • The Log‐in Procedure  Enter Librarynotebook @yahoo.com Into the “Email” Field Enter murmur1 Into the “Password” Field Keep this box  checked
    • The Log‐in Procedure  You’ve reached  the SPL  Pageflakes Page …Now, the  Wordpress  Log‐in
    • The Log‐in Procedure  To access the  SPL Notebook  on Wordpress,  simply click one  of the notebook  entries
    • The Log‐in Procedure  A second  window will  open showing  a page much  like the one to  the left.  Scroll Down
    • The Log‐in Procedure  Select “Login”
    • The Log‐in Procedure  Enter  splnotebook In the  “Username”  field Enter murmur1 Into the “Password” Field Keep this box  checked
    • The Log‐in Procedure  Click  “View Site”
    • The Log‐in Procedure  …And you’re  back at the  Notebook’s main  page. You may close  the Notebook  page when you  are done  leaving only the  Pageflakes page  open. 
    • The Log‐in Procedure • After the Notebook page is closed, the  account will stayed logged‐in for the rest of  the day provided that the computer being  used is not restarted in the middle of the day.  Sometimes, by a fluke, the account can stay  logged‐in even after restart but this is not  always so.
