    • What is Reproductive Justice?
      PowerPoint by Vanessa Daniel
    • What is Reproductive Justice?
    • The current movement for reproductive rights has often lacked the strength to break through the dam of opposition it faces.
    • Pro-Life efforts are bolstered by anti-LGBT
    • and anti-immigrant forces – just to name a few.
    • Historically, Abortion rights has brought women and their allies into the movement.
    • As has, to some extent, Family Planning.
    • Millions of youth are entering the movement around Comprehensive Sex Education.
    • Women are entering the movement, who are impacted by the drug policy and the criminal justice systems.
    • For immigrant communities, the entry point is around immigrant rights.
    • Ending violence against women is another entry point for thousands of women.
    • Plus a growing number of people experiencing the reproductive health impacts of environmental toxins.
    • This movement is growing and changing.
