I thought why you should be grateful? I was really grateful for the training webinar we had last Friday evening. Jay started by talking about being grateful about the things we have in our lives. Something that many of us tend to forget about.
So it was suggested that we create a list of 100 things we are grateful for.
What prompted him to do this was that he just celebrated thanks giving day.
As humans we tend to focus on what we don’t have and lower our energy and become negative.
