    Michael Taylor has exclusively been a Commercial Real Estate Broker for over twenty four years in the South Florida area. Presently, Mr. Taylor is the broker of record for Turnberry Commercial International Realty.
     
    Prior to forming Turnberry Commercial with Mr. George Perez, Michael Taylor held a 24 year tenure with The Keyes Company, a regional commercial brokerage firm consistently ranked in the top 100 real estate companies in the country as measured by both sales and transaction volume. At his previous position, he was an Assistant Sales Division Manager with the Commercial Sales & Leasing Division and achieved the Hall of Fame Sales Status many times over. In addition to an impressive record in sales volume, Mr. Taylor was the Director of Investment and Development, sat on company policy committees and was the founding member of the mentoring program which provided financial analysis / development training for emerging commercial associates.
     
    Other previous experience includes being a Court Receiver, Trustee, and Real Estate Consultant through the sales and leasing programs for all Commercial Real Estate including investment and development, Institutional and private sector. Through Brokerage & Mr. Taylor was responsible for producing transactions totaling over $240,000,000 and an additional $65,000,000 in transactions as a Trustee.
