Step 1 – Time for Your PIAV We establish your objectives and values using PIAV™ ( Personal Interests, Attitudes and Values ) Your interests, attitudes and values is what cause you to move into action, to want to become involved – we will outline the things in your life that are important to you and articulate your values and how you define Success using your PIAV™ Assessment tool.

  • 4. Step 3 – Time to develop your plan
    • Based on your assessments
    • Based on what is important to YOU
    • Contains strategies and recommended actions for you (and your family) to implement using your values as a compass
    • Cover areas such as self-perception versus other’s perception, your natural and adopted style of dealing with problems, people, events etc.
  • 5. Step 4 – Time to implement your plan
    • Take Action – many people don’t, and then wonder why they fail…
    • The process may take days, months or even years – in stages or all at once – each situation is unique.
    • Together we outline a plan that works for you and that will get you where you want to be.
  • 6. Step 5 – Time to follow up on your plan For your Values-Based plan to work we need to re-visit it two to four times a month using Cyber Coaching, Tele Coaching and Tele Seminar/Group Coaching.
