Tate & Lyle partnered with the SAP Active Global Support organization and implemented
SAP MaxAttention support services, a premium support engagement, for guidance and help.
As part of their premium support engagement, they utilized the SAP innovation control
center to review existing business processes, drive innovation and implement best practices.
The innovation control center helped Tate & Lyle minimize the need for customization,
maximize their SAP standard deployment and ensure best practices. With the innovation
