  • 2. Cloud computing is definitely the need of the hour in this information ageas it enables computation, data access, software and storage servicesthat do not require end-user knowledge of the physical location andconfiguration of the system that delivers the services Cloud Computinghas also enabled the business organizations to cut down on theirexpenditures and in turn helps in proliferation of revenue
  • 3. Cloud computing has enabled the organizations to achieve the settargets in an efficient manner There are different deployment models ofcloud computing

  • 5. It can be easily said that the popularity that cloud computing is achievingis directly proportional to the concerns that are being voiced about thesecurity issues introduced through adoption of this new model Security incloud computing model is imperative
  • 6. The relative security of cloud computing services is for sure acontentious issue that may be delaying its adoption Issues barring theadoption of cloud computing are due in large part to the private andpublic sectors unease surrounding the external management ofsecurity-based services
  • 7. It is the very nature of cloud computing-based services, private or public, that promote external management of provided services This deliversgreat incentive to cloud computing service providers to prioritize buildingand maintaining unix hosting strong management of secure services
  • 8. Security issues have been categorized into sensitive data access, datasegregation, privacy, bug exploitation, recovery, accountability, maliciousinsiders, management console security, account control, andmulti-tenancy issues Solutions to various cloud security issues vary, fromcryptography, particularly public key infrastructure (PKI), to use ofmultiple cloud providers, standardization of APIs, and improving virtualmachine support and legal support
  • 9. As a conclusion, it can be said that Companies are starting to accept theidea of using internet-based services instead of servers they controlthemselves That in turn has driven a push to make the technologiesmore mature - and the tech companies making those technologies aregrowing up too
