  • 1. www isomat eu save energy and live comfortably easy application in 6 steps the system's multiple advantages THE APPLICATION PROCESS 1 2 “I save energy & reduce my operating expences” ANTY WARR EMS SYST 3 A 4 Next the adhesive (ISOMAT AK-T35/T55/T65) is applied on the thermal insulation boards (EPS, XPS, MINERAL WOOL) in 2 different ways: a) Uniformly, on the whole surface of the board, using a notched trowel, if the substrate is smooth. b) Along the perimeter of the board and in 2 or more spots in its center, using a trowel, if the substrate is uneven. 5 EXTERNAL THERMAL INSULATION SYSTEMS ENJOY YOUR LIVING SPACE WHILE YOU SAVE ENERGY B The aluminium holding rail is placed around the building and parallel to the ground by fastening it on the substrate with special anchors (2 pieces/meter). With the external thermal insulation system ISOMAT THERMOSYSTEM you save energy by consuming less fuel for heating during winter and less electrical power for airconditioning during summer. Thus, since the energy cost is significantly reduced, the money invested in the installation of ISOMAT THERMOSYSTEM is paid off at a great extent already from the first years of the system's operation. “I contribute to the environmental protection” ISOMAT THERMOSYSTEM contributes to the protection of the environment, as it reduces drastically the air pollution, which is caused by the use of fuel for a building's heating or cooling. Thus, you enjoy thermal comfort in your living space during all seasons. 0712 “I renovate and protect my building” The following day the thermal insulation boards (EPS, XPS, MINERAL WOOL) are fixed mechanically with collar head anchors, which should have a length according to the thickness of the board and the type of the substrate. Next the base coat (ISOMAT AK-T35/T55/T65) is applied universally on the boards. The base coat is applied with a notched trowel in parts of width > 1m. Afterwards, the fiberglass mesh is placed and pressed on the still fresh layer of the base coat with a smooth trowel. CERTIFIED SYSTEM After the base coat has fully dried, the surface is primed with the primer of the respective plaster that will be used.
