  • NATO UNCLASSIFIED NC3A/BOA/12478 EXHIBIT C - PRODUCTS AND SERVICES PRODUCTS 1. OPTIMIZING LOGISTICS SUPPORT (OptSim) is a robust decision support and analysis tool developed by EMT, Inc. to support complex supply chain, provisioning and logistics operations. OptSim is a discrete event simulation tool that graphically and statistically models logistics supply chain operations. OptSim integrates proven COTS tools with high speed simulation and optimization capabilities. Developed utilizing the Flexsim software, OptSim is designed to minimize barriers to successful supply chain analysis and optimization through the development of a fast, robust and flexible logistics simulation tool. OptSim provides a customizable supply chain template that can be easily modified through simple interactions with common input interfaces such as Excel, Access, SQL, SAP, Oracle, etc. OptSim provides an optimization capability that allows optimization on a number of decision variable and specified objective functions. 2. Interscada/M2M. Interscada stands for Internet based Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition. It is an enterprise management system used to connect people to their physical assets located within a facility or anywhere in the world. A component of the system is the WEB I/O device. It is a smart data acquisition device that processes data at the asset then sends that data over the most economical and efficient means necessary to the Interscada host machine M2M stands for Machine to Machine, Machine to Mobile, and Mobile to Machine, and is a newly evolved category that defines the interconnecting of machines with IT infrastructure and mobilized work forces. According to M2M Sourcebook 2006, EMT is one of the top 100 M2M solution providers. The M2M 100 is a list of the most important and influential machine-to-machine technology providers. M2M offers significant new opportunities for businesses across major industries to compete more effectively in our information economy. The goal of an M2M solution is to increase efficiency and raise revenues by increasing an organization's service levels, performance and competitiveness. This is achieved by allowing users to access information, receive alerts regarding critical situations, and control and manipulate variables on their dispersed machine assets via a computer or PDA device. 3. ADAPTIVE INTELLIGENT TRAINING SYSTEM (AITS) is an artificial intelligence based learning system accessed via the internet. AITS was developed to provide customized training in a timely, cost effective and individualized manner. AITS incorporates decision making regarding optimal teaching and adaptive strategies for individual students based on the knowledge level and responses provided by the student. AITS is an adaptive system that intelligently customizes training that can act as a stand alone training system or be utilized as a teaching aid for instructors. AITS has the capability to incorporate text, graphics, and audio/video learning aids. Summary statistics regarding the student’s interaction with the system can also be provided for teachers or instructors to target areas for additional training. 4. DATACAPTRE ENTERPRISE SYSTEMS (DES) Recruit is an enterprise client/server data storage and analysis system which captures recruiting information from manual data entry or information obtained from outside sources. It tracks, analyzes, identifies, and allows reporting on potential recruits throughout their entire development, mentoring and recruiting life cycles. By programmatically sorting through all possible recruit information within the system, DES can recommend the best possible target areas to begin recruiting efforts. This ability allows users to view areas with high concentrations of candidates with minimal effort. DES uses two proprietary methods to track recruits: the Cradle, Cockpit, Commission, Commitment and Mentorship (C4M) model and the Recruiter/Mentor Process (RMP). Page 1 of 6 NATO UNCLASSIFIED
