The launch of The Safe Step was born out of the many requests for assistance with finding the best HSE talent in

Next Step network and professional community. The Safe Step draws on the experience and expertise of the
founding brand within The Next Group, The Next Step, combining the support, reputation and existing network of
HSE professionals built over many years with our dedicated focus and understanding of HSE to provide the best
