difference between sponsoring your prospect or not.

Here is the three-step formula to handling any objection that gets thrown at you:
#1 Listen to the entire question or objection.
Always let them speak their minds completely so that you will have a true
understanding of what they are trying to say.
#2 Confirm that you heard what they were trying to say.
This can be accomplished by taking what they said and repeating it back to them
in your own words what you heard them say, this will give them a feeling that you
are listening.
