  • I grew up in Syracuse, and left for North Carolina in 1997. The problem with being on this Affordable Housing list is that people who are still there along with some of the other Northern Cities is that their house have not raised in value for the last 20 years, and their taxes have gone up, and many Major Corporations with Union wage jobs have left.
