  2. 2. Will we all be professional athletes? Probably not, but that shouldn’t stop us from being our best! If you’re already working out, take it to the next level! If you’re not currently exercising, start!
  3. 3. Athletes at the highest level “train like a pro”, we wondered why the same principles couldn't be used and applied to the average Joe. After trying this new approach to exercise, our clients saw huge success; the results were astounding.
  4. 4. Not only did the individuals improve their performance levels, they dramatically changed in their physical appearance. Results that could have taken months to achieve, took only weeks. The women involved did especially well, with some dropping from a size 12 all the way down to a 6!
  5. 5. More than anything, it requires commitment. • Commit the way a professional athlete would be committed. • Think of your body as if it were a professionalʼs body, even though it may not be. • You need to fuel up with the highest octane fuel you can find. Donʼt expect those quick results if youʼre constantly eating poorly. Training like a pro isn't easy, but it isn't rocket science either.
  6. 6. • Regardless of what youʼre doing you need to be pushing it. • If youʼre not sweating youʼre not working hard enough… • Try things you have never tried before. Make yourself uncomfortable. • Your body will respond favorably if it doesnʼt know whatʼs coming next. Workouts must be intense.
