Barclays Research and Insight | Internal use only Think about…  Manage expectations of your key stakeholders  Be clear about the questions that need answering and don’t ignore the ones that are difficult to answer  Reach out across functions to leverage all data sources  Don’t aggregate data – it might hide the true insight  Don’t wait for the holy grail of 100% data accuracy  Tell a story  Make sure it’s actionable  Equip receivers to be able to use the insights  But most of all…. Don’t do too much at once.
