Ingredients Olive Oil Balsamic Vinegar Grape or cherry tomatoes Fresh basil Leaves Mini mozzarella balls Kosher or herbed salt Freshly ground pepper Pinch of red pepper flakes Cook’s note: Ingredient quantity is based on number of Toothpicks guests. We like to plan 3 servings per person.
Step 1 – Prepare Your Serving DishDrizzle olive oil, balsamic vinegar and pinch each of salt, pepper and red pepper flakes on your serving dish
Step 2 - Assemble Caprese on a “Stick”Layer one eachmozzarella ball, basil leafand tomato on eachtoothpickLay each Caprese Stickon prepared dish, workingfrom the middle of theplate out
