  4. 4. Migration Preparation • QMF V8.1 on SYSW – Naming convention change – CICS – TSO – logon procedures – Batch - $QMFTBAT – Compatibility mode compliant TIB # and date to be announced Naming Convention change example: <QMF hlq>.DSQCHART to <QMF hlq>.SDSQCHRT Only one CICS region has been identified that is QMF capable on SYSW (ZSANC97 accessing DB51). ITS maintained logon procs will be updated by ITS. If, however, you have agency customized logon procs you will need to make the naming convention changes. The batch procedure $QMFTBAT will be modified by ITS. If you have a copy of this procedure under another name or if you have copied it in-stream to your JCL you need to make the naming convention changes. 4
