  • Following these tips will help boost lead generation!
  • What is a CTA?  A CTA, or Call to Action, is the name for the phrase businesses use to get potential customers to contact them for more information. Here are some examples of CTAs:  Call now and get a free quote!  Fill out this form and get a free eBook!  Subscribe now for our monthly newsletter!  To learn how to make your CTAs better, take a look at the following slides:
  • 1. Put it in the right place.  Put the CTA in the space of your website that’s viewable without the user having to scroll down.
  • 2. Use images.  Don’t just use text. Make the CTA stand out by surrounding it with images that pertain to what you’re offering.
  • 3. Make the offer clear.  Good CTAs clearly offer something that the viewer will benefit from. Don’t try to be witty. Just say what it is you’re offering in just a few words.
  • 4. Use contrasting colors.  Your CTA shouldn’t blend in with the rest of your website. Make it stand out by putting it in contrasting colors.
  • 5. Hyperlink it.  The CTA itself must be a hyperlink. If it’s not linked to whatever it is you’re offering, viewers are going to be confused about how to take action.
  • 6. Cater it to the product.  If your company offers various products or services, make a different CTA for each product. A CTA shouldn’t be a “one size fits all” sort of thing.
  • Don’t forget the analytics!  Don’t forget the importance of Google Analytics and lead generation. Fortunately, there are just five easy steps to Google Analytics setup.  Improving your CTAs will boost your lead generation, and Google Analytics will help you keep track of how well your leads convert into sales.
