What says “Man” more than a…

-All men are slobs -Women are smart and thrifty; men aren’t -Men don’t understand women

-Men don’t clean -Men are idiots -Men are dysfunctional

There are endless examples beyond paper towels that reaffirm this metaphor

-Brawny realized the target market was primarily women and who spend time online -They then released an online reality show called Brawny Academy

Men are not: dependable, strong, and most importantly …..caring Men are a work in progress

All are synecdoche of larger metaphor: Men need work, men are always on a path toward the ideal brawny man

Other Metaphors Immerged Throughout the series Man is an animal ” you live like a pig now you live with them” There is an Ideal man we are aiming at: Fairy Tale Knight or Brawny Man (part standing for whole)

Yes. Men should be durable, dependable, strong, good at cleaning, disposable(jk) and of course have a softer side. So are paper towels manly? Your ideal man is just like your ideal paper towel Pick Brawny!
