  • TechSoup is a nonprofit with a clear focus: providing other nonprofits and libraries with technology that empowers them to fulfill their missions and serve their communities. As part of that goal, we provide technology products and information geared specifically to the unique challenges faced by nonprofits and libraries. Learning resources, including articles, blogs, free webinars, and forums led by expert hosts are available to all users. Once qualified with TechSoup, nonprofits and libraries can access 400+ technology products from more than 40 donor partners — including Microsoft, Adobe, Cisco, Intuit, and Symantec. All donated and discounted products are available for a small admin fee that supports our work in the United States and around the world.

  • TechSoup Global Network. We partner with NGOs around the world to deliver relationships, technology, and expertise that enhance their service to their communities. These partner NGOs customize our offerings, providing their beneficiaries with resources that combine the best of global knowledge and local perspective. NetSquared. This global network of local communities empowers individuals to build and share their solutions to social challenges, identifying and accelerating the most innovative of those projects. With over 27,000 members registered online and events in 79 cities around the world, NetSquared is a vibrant on- and offline community. TechSoup.Org. Perhaps the largest technology philanthropy program in the world, TechSoup.org connects nonprofit organizations and libraries to the resources and knowledge they need to operate at full potential. Visited by over 188,000 individuals monthly, this online community is a place to build capacity, make connections, and share solutions. NGOsource. In 2009, TechSoup Global was selected by the Council on Foundations to host a new centralized NGO repository, which will offer the U.S. grantmaking community a streamlined solution to the often expensive, time-consuming, and duplicative process of Equivalency Determination (determining if an NGO outside of the United States is a valid equivalent to a U.S. public charity). GuideStar International. We teamed up with U.K.-based GuideStar International (GSI) to improve our capacity-building programs for civil society. GSI works with civil society leaders worldwide to develop transparency and civil society organization reporting in their own countries. GSI supports this growing network through the provision of a shared common technology platform as well as advice and support in each country’s development process.
  • For our 200 staff in San Francisco, London and Warsaw -- and for all of our partners -- nothing is more important than supporting the individuals and organizations who are working in their communities for change.
