It’s a bit of a pity how slideshows that look attractive in PowerPoint (e.g. with border effects and nice layout) sometimes get a bit messed up when converted to a flash file in SlideShare. The font has clearly been messed up here, and the image of the hands clapping has a white background - the same as that slide - but there’s an ugly border now that it’s on SlideShare. Might be effects from PowerPoint 2007 that don’t transfer well...
