How Could We Use Mobiles In School? - Presentation Transcript

    1. How Could You Use A Mobile In School?
    2. So, how could we use our mobiles in school? A phone could be invented where all of your text books, research pages and everything else are loaded onto the phone. On this mobile you could access internet for free, and still use it for normal texting and calling. When students take exams (which would also be an application on the phone), the Internet and calling/texting devices are turned off, so no cheating is allowed.
    3. Good Points: Not as much paper waste (therefore eco- friendly) Communicate with other people around the world easily Not as heavy (don’t have to carry around tons of books etc) Send documents, pictures, songs etc. easily.
    4. Bad Things: X Harder for teacher to monitor students work and learning. X The cost of the phones may be quite high, and maybe not everyone would want to buy one. X The Internet connection may crash sometimes, and sometimes the phones would stop working too, i.e. low batteries.
