      • Animate yourself and buzz around it is a polite and firm way of saying now ‘I am in charge and I am the boss’
      • Secondly you are sending out a clear message that you fancy having rules that must be followed by those involved in setting them.

      • Discuss these with your students and then remind them
      • No sacred cows
      • No scapegoats
