Mickey Shimp President
After joining TSP in 1993, Mickey was named Partner in 2000 and was promoted to President in 2008.
As President, he has been instrumental in the development of our clinical and commercial businesses and has built long-term strategic partnerships with clients such as Eli Lilly, Shire, Xanodyne and inVentiv Health.
Previously worked in the consumer products sector where he worked with clients such as Procter & Gamble, Kellogg ’s and Nabisco.
K.C. McAllister Executive Vice President, Business Operations
Upon graduation from the University of Notre Dame, KC joined TSP more than 10 years ago and has risen quickly through the ranks to her current position.
Delivered on senior level searches and strategic talent acquisition programs with firm ’s key clients while managing TSP operations to ensure support for all services.
Active member in many industry associations including the Healthcare Businesswoman's Association where she was named a HBA Rising Star in 2009.
Chad Thompson Managing Director, Consulting and Assessment
Chad joined TSP in 2011 to lead the consulting and assessment group, where he delivers executive level evaluations, both in conjunction with TSP searches and for internal client teams.
Prior to TSP, Chad was a consultant at Aon Hewitt, where he had responsibility for leading the design and management of large-scale selection initiatives and leadership assessment programs for Fortune 500 clients.
Chad received his Ph.D. and M.S. in Industrial/ Organizational Psychology from Wright State University and a Bachelor ’s Degree in Psychology from Wittenberg University.
