PRODUCT DESCRIPTION Attendance Management System: is a user-friendly, flexible and full featured employee attendance management tool which allows controlling employees’ attendance by automating timekeeping and attendance tracking. captures data from Time and Attendance Terminals, and simultaneously allows optional PC entry.

Main Functionality Automatically calculates employees’ worked hours and wage for any custom time period. Enables performing some key HR functions such as tracking absences, vacations, business trips, etc. Enables generating more than 30 different types of information and analytical reports and automatically sending them by e-mail.

Main Functionality Makes analysis of punches to provide information about tardiness of employees. Enables creating both fixed and flexible shifts, including lunch and break hours. Enables configuring policies to define holiday payment rules and overtime payment rules.

Main Functionality Provides possibility to see employees’ current IN/OUT status. Enables automat execution of some very important tasks, such as: Generating, saving and automatically sending reports by e-mail Receiving data from devices

Key Features Is a CLIENT/SERVER system Can be accessed also via INTERNET Is BILINGUAL (Armenian and English) Has USER-FRIENDLY interface Supports UNLIMITED number of users, policies, shifts, divisions, departments and other objects

TIME AND ATTENDANCE TERMINALS Attendance Management System is designed to work with 3 types of Time and Attendance Terminals: Badge Readers Fingerprint Readers Biometric Hand Readers Face Readers

Connection Types Devices can be connected to the computer by any of the following 3 types of connection: COM Port Local Area Network (LAN) Modem (only for Biometric Hand Readers)

Connection Types If connection to the computer is not possible, then transactions data can be transferred from devices to computer also via USB Flash.

Key Features of Devices All transactions committed by the devices are being stored in Log files. Devices have different Security Levels thus ensuring that only authorized persons can delete transactions from them, enroll new employees or change settings. ONE device is enough for both IN and OUT punches. Devices have Door Opening function.
