    2.  Job Requirements • 5+ years of Business Systems Analyst experience and 3+ years of Program/Project Management experience • Strong background in business systems analysis throughout the product development life cycle: • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing clearly and succinctly, complex design and technical issues, as well as business and product requirements • Ability to understand and challenge technical proposals • Ability to develop product requirement documents, functional documents, and with use cases • Strong presentation and documentation skills, proficient in PowerPoint, Visio, Word and Excel • Good project management background with a focus on the product development lifecycle • Subject matter expertise in one or more of the following areas is highly desirable: Content Management, IVR/telephony, contact management (cases, routing, blending) • Demonstrated: • Ability to summarize and present complex issues to a variety of audiences: technical, non- technical and executive personnel • Flexibility and adaptability to fit the needs of the project, making progress despite ambiguity • Ability to work within existing processes, but able to understand and define where new, different or abridged processes should be used • Ability to prioritize and re-prioritize as events warrant • Ability to work across group boundaries and forge cross-functional relationships • Vendor management • Experience with: • Cost/Benefit analysis • Large system implementations, specifically ERP contact systems • Vendor package software, configuration, scope management • Custom-designed software solutions • Complex system interfaces
    3.  Type: Full Time Location : South San Francisco, CA (Shopping.com) Requisition No. 31036BR Primary Job Responsibilities Define key product metrics that quantify search relevance and quality, and monitor search improvements over time. Collect and analyze data on users search behavior and patterns, and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with the global business and product teams across 7 countries to identify market-specific needs and create a global product vision. Work with cross-functional teams to develop product requirements balancing business needs with engineering trade-offs. Define and evangelize the search technology roadmap. Track industry trends and perform competitive benchmarks on best practices for web and vertical search technologies. Work closely with the research and engineering teams to design solutions for search engine problems and develop project specifications around these concepts. Collaborate with engineering, QA, OPS, and project management throughout the entire development lifecycle from inception to launch Job Requirements BA/BS in Computer Science or related field. MBA preferred. 4+ years of product management experience building internet or enterprise products 2+ years of hands-on software engineering experience Good understanding of search engines and algorithms is a HUGE plus Exceptional analytical skills Familiarity with linguistics and foreign languages is a plus. Self-motivation, independence and ability to prioritize critical tasks Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills Education:Bachelors Degree Required
