  • Knight Batten Award for innovation\nData from San Francisco Police Department: hits, runs,\nThen California Highway Patrol: more data: gender, race, make and model of the car, lightning conditions\nLawyers became active, gives people voice \nContacted bicyclist groups\nWe've had 73 people submit their own descriptions.  Comparing this to trafic to the destination, I'd say this is close to the 1 percent rule though we're still a little shy of 310 users creating content given the 31,500 visitors who have used the tool. \n
