Youhave to make sure to take this as gradual as you can and make sure you only go on aouting once every week, butpreferably ever other week.What you want to do when you are planning the outing is try to plan it 2 weeks inadvance, then call your ex aweek before you have the outing to confirm that you are still going. Now you just askthis person to take actionwith the idea and they will say yes because the action will match the idea that hasbeen created by people theylike and trust created!!!

Its a VERY complex technique but it always works. It takes at least 2-3 hrs to teach it.All of my coachingstudents end up learning how to do this. As of right now just use “THE POSITIVEPERCEIVED PERSPECTIVE TECHNIQUE”as a last resort. Also, if your ex cries use this technique to get her mind off what it is onand change the subject.If you do this right then the person you are talking to will like it and respect you for it.If someone trys to BUST YOUR BOUNDARIES then say basically say the same thing againbut make it more stern!…and if they try to push again say “I told you how i feel, since you do not respect whati am doing here for theboth of us then i am going to endthis conversation. Soit might take a few times to get the idea. But in the end it re assures that theconversations avoids pain andpressure and stays comfortable and pleasureful!!!This is a great technique to use in all areas of life.
