Reputation and privacy are the most valuable commodity in the digital age.
All media creation online should be done with the future in mind.
All social media use is the creation of content !

Argues that the burden of social media records can be more harmful than good over long periods of time.
Proposes an expiration date on social media !

Tell your customers, clients and people you’re conversing with why you’re using real-time social media.
Provide information and resources which explain each and every media form your company uses .
Informed conversations, consumers and clients make better decisions about how they interact and what they say (so do you and your brand).
Being informed doesn’t prevent all mistakes and accidents, but it prevents a lot of them!

Explain why you or your brand uses Twitter ...
... in language new users can actually understand

Summary
Remember the media in social media; conversations = content .
The internet never forgets.*
If you invite people into a conversation, offer to help them understand how far that conversation might go (… they’re talking to the future of their own reputation … and yours).
* It might occasionally, but you can’t presume it will. Ever. Notice how reliable privacy policies are?
