Here are some examples: Be brave Do something unusual about it Use imagination Study more
  • 3. So here are the ways mentionedconcerning this particular problem(difficulties with getting up because of lackof sunshine): Thinkof those who do yoga. They step on needles and you just need to get up! Feel brave…
  • 4. …be brave! PUT A GLASS OF COLD WATER NEAR YOUR BED AND TOUCH IT AS YOU WAKE UP!
  • 5. Use IMAGINATION All creative people must have this aspect developed! Everything we have must help us!
  • 6.  PULL THE CURTAINS DOWN IN THE EVENING SO THAT YOU DON’T SEE WHAT’S GOING ON OUTSIDE. DON’T OPEN YOUR EYES TILL YOU IMAGINE THAT IT IS A BRIGHT DAY IN THE STREET! A CURTAIN IS JUST A SHIELD, NOTHING MORE
  • 7. Do something about yourproblem None of the problems would have been sold if people hadn’t sought for solutions..  Do something striking and unusual!
  • 8. MOVE CLOSER TO THE EQUATOR! THERE IS ALWAYSLOOOOOTS OF SUNSHINE!
  • 9. Study more Nosolution cab be found without deep, deep knowledge. So, read, study, observe!  START STUDYING YOUR BODY AND SLEEPING CYCLE! THIS IS THE EASIEST WAY TO DISCOVER WHAT YOUR BODY REACTS TO!
  • 10.  And the last tip… EAT ENDORPHINS AND SUNSHINE-CONTAINING VITAMINS!
