MS Media, Mike Menzel and Warren Domangue, Deceptions And Harassment Continue. Simple Economics Proves The Fraud.I am completing my case file on MS Media, Mike Menzel and now Warren Domangue. Thesefolks are just not capable of keeping their stories straight. MS Media is surrounded witha ton of deception and this article is going to prove that. After you are done readingthis article in its entirety, you will have to question Warren Domangues argument that everythingfrom MS Media is straight forward and easy to understand. I guess thats easy to say when youdont bother to look at the facts and every indication I get from Warren Domangue, he misses allthe facts all the time. So lets start all of this from the very beginning and see just what one may find easy to understandsurrounding MS Medias job opportunity. What I have managed to confirm is that North AmericanBancard, a business that MS Media uses all the time in their past presentations but have sinceremoved from their site, does not list MS Media as any kind of business partner or show to haveany business relationships with MS Media at all on NABs web site. NAB or North AmericanBancard shows zero affiliation in any manner. Yet MS Media states on their web site, before thepresent revamping of the entire site, that they are working together. That information asto how they are working together is very sketchy. What I have done during this entire process is take screen shots of MS Medias past web site,screen shots of how I managed to somehow be contacted by MS Media, screen shots of emailssent back and forth between myself and MS Media personnel and MS Medias lawyer, WarrenDomangue along with Warrens Internet indiscretions. On those screen shots are annotationsabout various issues and questions on how any of what MS Media communicates couldpossibly be viewed by anyone as clearly stated as defined by MS Medias legal council. What Warren tries to claim in his harassing emails to me is that I am somehow stalking MSMedia. I am reporting deceptions, misdirections hence fraud surrounding MS Media and itsassociates. Thousands of sites do this same thing every day including the US government,and the US Government encourages others to do this. In that light alone, Warren seems to beperpetuating the fraud as committed by his client. On the following pages you will see reference to numerous companies such as Sales Gravy. Thatdoes not mean that they are, were or should even be considered complicit with the deceptionsof MS Media in any way. I will go on to state that Sales Gravy is not at all to be considered as partof the problem in any way. I am an active member of the Sales Gravy community and see zerowrong doing on their part. Other business names that I will be bringing up are North AmericanBancard that I can not find any fault in and will point out all other companies that are not a part ofwhat I view as a scam coming from MS Media as we go along. Now before the end of this article, I am going to prove the fraud that Mike D Menzel, Warren JDomangue and their team are perpetuating through a simple economics assessment. With all of this now said, lets begin the exploration and issues. At the end of the article we willtear down these folks for the frauds they are.

In the above slide, we start this journey out with going to Sales Gravy to see what kind of jobsare available. Here I did a search for bank card processing. There were a number of pagesof postings under this term just for the state of Virginia alone. On the above slide, the slideis page one of the search. At the top of the search, North American Bankcard posted twoopenings. Wholesale Merchant Processing, Inc, posted the openings on the rest of the page. I have not done any type of background checks on Wholesale Merchant Processing, Inc anddo not consider them to be any part of the issues surrounding MS Media in any way. I will beusing their information briefly though to make a point. When you select WMP, Inc the followinglanding page comes up showing North American Bancard as the potential employer. I am notsaying this is a scam here I am only pointing out that the landing page under WMP, Inc wasvery similar to what I had when I applied for what I thought was a job. It came up North AmericanBancard, but I was not contacted by North American Bancard. Somehow, MS Media got my resume. This is what the landing page looks like when I sent my resume. When you click on the additional Web pages above, the look of the site changes dramatically looking like the site is a forgery. Again I am not saying that there are any issues with WMP, INC as again, I have not checked them out. I am just describing my own issues and how I somehow managed to get on MS Medias call list. Its not that hard to create a fake web site and hijack legitimate responses.

The above slide shows what you get when you click on one of the links from the landing page. Itlooks like part of a legitimate site has been hijacked as it does not match the landing pagedesign. It sure makes you scratch your head, but I am NOT saying that this is not legitimate.This is the type of site though that landed me on MS Medias list. In my initial article on MS Media,this is the reference to what looks like a hijacked site. In all honesty, MS Media had me at a very high level of confusion. I gave them full benefit of thedoubt even though there were little red lights going off in my head while dealing with them initially.its all the research done after their threats that I have been able to track and trace all the fraud,deception and misdirection. What we are going to do now is explore MS Medias web site as it was when I was dealing withthem. The next 3 pages come from MS Media under mymsmedia.com before they revampedthe site to remove some of the evidence that implicates them as fraudulent. Now remember,Warren J Domangue has stated to me that what MS Media is doing is very clear. Look over theevidence I am now presenting and we will see just how clear MS Media communicates theirposition and just how good of a job Warren J Domangue is doing representing MS Media. Afteryou look over the web pages from MS Media, and I have made further commentary on them, I willshow you the letter from Warren J Domangue and you can see where he states that MS Mediasinformation is very clear. Its really very funny.

I have to make a note here. MS Media claims to have past students. How can this possibly bewhen MS Media just launched this business at the end of November, 2011? Shall we go even further?Yeah, lets go further. This site cost MS Media less than $10.00. How do I know? Its hosted onGodaddy.com. Mike Menzel bought the domain name and got a free web site compliments ofGodaddy.com as GoDaddy gives away complimentary basic sites. The above is a basic site.The Godaddy emblem is right on the bottom of the site. The photo at the top of the site is a genericroyalty free graphic. I have built these sites for clients. Its all WYSIWYG. (What you see is what you get). Low levelskills needed to produce. If you can send an email, you can create one of these sites if you arewilling to spend the time to figure it out. So there are no server fees or hosting fees, about $10.00for an entire year is all that one needs to create a site like this. A favorite one stop shop for wouldbe con artists as it is so cheap to create. You will see later why this is important to know now.

Im only restating what MS Media has stated on this site, it was put together by unemployed people.So Mike Menzel was unemployed until November, 2011 when he came up with this grand idea?MS Media more or less states that they are preying on the unemployed. Its right there in the middleof the top of this page. What is really very funny is that MS Media shows how work at homebusiness opportunities can be a scam. This is exactly what they are offering you. A work at homebusiness opportunity that really is nothing more than a scam. How poetic. MS Media states on this site that they go out and arrange business contracts with employers for highpaying jobs for you. Yet on other parts of the site, they tell you that you work under them. Wait, whichis it? You work for or with MS Media and are payed by MS Media? Or you work for the contractedcompany where MS Media places you and does not take any percentage of the money you make? Did we all just fall off the turnip truck here? Anyone understanding all this yet? Is the information onthe last two web pages clear to anyone? Am I missing something? Oh wait, it gets by far moreconfusing than all of this. Next page please.

Oh my goodness. Where do we even begin here? There is so much contradiction on this page thatit is not even funny. Who understands all of this now? Can anyone make sense out of any of this?Its virtually impossible to understand what they are trying to communicate other than themindirectly telling you that this is a scam, scam, scam! The economics of all this are impossible mind you. Now when you look at the above page, MSMedia is saying that its MS Media who will be paying you a $3,000.00 signing bonus. Wait, you areplaced with a contracted bank who pays you and MS Media is going to pay you an additional$3,000.00 signing bonus once you bring in 30 new accounts? Wait, MS Media does not take anypercentage of your pay. So MS Media, out of the kindness of their hearts is going to pay you$3,000.00 from their own bank account? Anyone buying this? And to think, I am just gettingwarmed up. Next! Conversion bonus paid daily by MS Media. Lets look at the economics of that shall we? Theaccounting nightmare of that are astronomical. MS Media would have to have a huge bookkeepingdepartment. I dont see that from a brand new business started by unemployed people who spenta total of $10.00 to get their site up. Next! Activation bonus paid by MS Media paid daily. See above. Also, more money coming out of MSMedias pockets for nothing? Remember, you are placed with a bank from MS Medias job bank andMS Media does not take a percentage of your money at any time. So MS Media is going to pay youwhy and how? Are they just acting as an in between company between you and the contracted bankthey placed you with? If so, the bank has to pay MS Media daily and then MS Media has to havethe payments converted over to you. Even under automation this is an accounting and IT nightmare.Next! Free ELAP Tablet PC. So MS Media is going to give you a free ELAP tablet PC. More money outof MS Medias pockets just because they like you. On the lowest end, you can buy a really badtablet PC for around $100.00 per pop that will not help you do this job. But hey, its free you know.Wow, MS Media works as well as the Government in money management. They spend by far moremoney than they could ever take in. Pretty impressive from some guys who were unemployedonly a few months ago and only spent $10.00 on their web site. But hey, this is the real deal now.Next! Look at the deal on health benefits. MS Media is still taking out a great deal more money from theirpockets without bringing in any money whatsoever. MS Media states right here on the page that theylet you choose your own health plan and they will pay 50% of the plan for you. So if you have a$1,000.00 per month health plan, MS Media, with no income coming in from your hard work, isgoing to pay $500.00 per month of your $1,000.00 per month health plan? (I can hear you laughing),Quick, the government needs to sign every person in the US under the MS Media plan to virtuallycut costs in half now. All this for a mere $500.00 sign up fee? Who can afford not to takeadvantage of this? It says so right here on their own page. But then again, according to MS Mediaslegal council, I dont understand basic straightforward information like this. By the way, please notehow under the MS Medias health plan benefits, they state, and I quote, “We Dont Care AboutProfits”! (Have you gotten up off the floor yet from that heavy belly laugh? Thats okay, Ill wait)! Are you ready for this next one? I promise more laughs here. I didnt make any of this up. Imnot that smart according to MS Medias legal council, one Warren J Domangue. Oh by the way,Warren is not in private practice, yet he is representing MS Media? Uh Oh! MS Media is going togive you a free on line mirrored web site that is on line. Im just putting it the way they have itstated on their site. A free online web site that is online. Still more money out of MS Medias pocket.But wait, there is still more!

In order to give each new representative a free mirrored web site, MS Media needs a full time staff ofIT people working 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in order to maintain all the sites. The cheapest wayto do this is to have your own server. As we have already pointed out, MS Media spent an entire$10.00 for their domain name and web site that is good for one year. I can place a hold on thatdomain name for only $20.00 through GoDaddy.com and the domain name is mine next year andMS Media can not do a thing about it. (They didnt read the fine print). Check it out for yourself. Itsnot that hard. Go to GoDaddy.com and type in mymsmedia.com and you will see that it is taken, butyou will also see that you can lay a claim to it for next year when it becomes available again. It liststhe fee for holding it at only $20.00 or $20.99. Not a very valuable commodity. Its strictly an optionsplay. So a server will cost MS Media around $400.00 for a really cheap, used, low end model that hasissues. The IT people needed is about 5 overworked people to handle the site 24/7. If MS Mediaonly pays them a pitiful $25,000.00 a year each, that cost alone will add up to a payroll totalingover $250,000.00. (No I didnt do my math wrong. Whatever the pay is, you have to double thatexpense to cover all the costs for each employee). Now that is just for the IT folks. Again, MS Mediawas founded by some unemployed people only a few months ago who spent about $10.00 toget this ball rolling. As you have read from MS Medias own statements, they only charge a smallinitial fee to sign up with them and that is just to help you get your business off the ground. MSMedia, in their own words have clearly stated that they DO NOT CARE ABOUT PROFITS! If I even had all the resources of both Bill Gates and Warren Buffet, I would never make these kindsof claims as I would be bankrupt in a few short years as people line up to become a part of this.Online assistance that requires more staff to cover and keep up to date meaning more payrollexpenses for MS Media whos only income is $500.00 per person they sign up. Each rep that signsup and gets health insurance that MS Media pays half of will bankrupt MS Media in 2 months on thatone area alone. Sorry, still not done. Free software provided by MS media means more IT peopleto maintain and update. Thats yet again more payroll costs. Where is MS Media getting all thismoney? MS Media also states that they are supplying you with 1,000 leads up front and will beproviding you with 3 pre set appointments per day. Again, more people in a boiler room making callsall across the nation with huge long distance fees being paid out by MS Media on your behalf. Each one of those people in the boiler room must be paid per hour. MS Media is covering all of thisfor you according to their own statements on this web site and again, all for the simple fee of only$500.00. These guys are economic geniuses and I am to stupid to understand this straightforward,easy to understand, legitimate opportunity. Are we done yet? Nah. MS Media states that NAB has sales incentive programs all the time.So? Who is NAB? Never At Bingo? Who cares what kind of programs are run by NAB? You are notworking for or being paid by NAB. MS Media pays you. At least that is what they state on their site.NAB is supposed to be North American Bancard. North American Bancard does not recognize MSMedia as having any kind of relationship with them on their web site. So why does MS Media evenstate these things on its web site? Just more confusion. MS Media never states on their site thatNAB is North American Bancard and can make the legal claim that NAB stated on the MS Media sitemeans something else. That is what you call deception. So can someone please explain to me how MS Media can afford to pay out tens of thousands ofdollars per month per contracted independent representative they bring in at the revenue intake of only$500.00 per rep while not taking any part of the reps income? Simple economics dictate that itsImpossible. That means at best, we are dealing with complete idiots playing business in thereal world who are committing themselves to bankruptcy at everyones expense. Not likely. It meansthat these people have one goal. Get your money and run. They want to collect $500.00 fromevery unemployed sucker they can get their hands on. Then they just drop the $10.00 site and startall over again with another scam. Pretty sweet as long as you do not run across someone like myself.

This is the first threat made by Warren J Domangue. As you can see, he gives the impression that heis an attorney in private practice hired by his client, Mike Menzel of MS Media. Ill show you in a bitthat this gum shoe two bit piece of work is not a private practicing attorney. As I have stated before,Warren makes the claim that I do not understand the nature of MS Medias clear offer. Now that youhave seen their site, do you understand the nature of the offer either? I admit it. I really do notunderstand the nature of the offer. IT IS NOT CLEAR WARREN! I do have to say, if you want an attorney after you for any reason, this is the guy you want on theother side. Inept, lazy, probably saddled with huge student loan debts, and lots of serious issuesfollowing him. He gave me two phone numbers that are unlisted when cross directory checked. Hehas no listing as an attorney on any of the State of Colorado lawyer sites, because he is not a privatepracticing attorney. (I wonder if he can legally represent MS Media in Colorado not being licensedto practice as a PC)? His address given is a PO Box. His fact of law stated above is hilarious. I asked him if he read the law he states in this letter because I sure did. It gave me a clue as to whatWarren really does for a living. Lawyer at a debt collection agency. You see, 47 USC Section 223 isused against debt collectors and stalkers. Warren is seriously grasping at straws with this. Thatshow I am able to determine he is lazy.

The next area of law I had to point out to Warren is that my site is a news site and that I amreporting on a scam. I reminded him to go back and read the 1 st amendment of the Bill of Rights.There are thousands of sites all over the Internet that report on scams all the time including theFederal government and they name names, email addresses and phone numbers used in scams.Im not out of any area of compliance at all. That means that Warren has now implicated himself as part of this fraud and is now a party to it.Wonder how the state bar association will view that? Got something to hide Warren? Just aquestion. So like I said, there are no listings in lawyer referral sites in the state of Colorado where Warrenlives for Warren J Domangue. His PO Box does not trace back to being a lawyer. His phonenumbers do not come back on cross references as being a lawyer. He is just invisible. So he isnot a private practice lawyer. His email is from a Colorado state university. I really thought he wasa college prankster. I even called him that. But he did send some pretty hilarious stuff to me toprove he passed the bar. (I wonder how many tries that took). Oh yeah, the above links are live so you can check out the evidence yourself. As you can see,Warren has made a real impact on me. After all no one is as smart as him and we all have togrow up and believe in little green men from outer space. (I just cant use that enough times). Now another question I have, if Warrens email account had been hijacked and used in an onlinescam, why is he still using it instead of creating a new one? Could it be that its because he isguilty of the charges? Im not saying he is, but in light of all the evidence, one must ask.

This is from the link Warren sent me with his Registration / Bar Number listed above. As you cansee, he just passed the bar and was admitted on May of 2011. So he is fresh out of law school.That is how I have been able to determine he is saddled with student loan debts. He isnt rich orhe would be in private practice. He comes from an average middle class family at best basedon what we have seen so far. He is NOT in private practice as stated above and carries noprofessional liability insurance. So he is wide open to malpractice lawsuits without any form ofprotection. Not that it will get anyone anything. This is what tells me he works for a private companyand can probably only try cases on behalf of that company. But I am no expert on Colorado law.Each state is different when it comes to these matters. So now we are able to note that Warren is potentially committing fraud through the evidence of hisletterhead stating that the letter is from the “Law Office Of”, and with his name as though he is aprivate practice attorney when he is not. The funny part of all this is that he sent all this evidencethinking I would never bother to check it out. Hey, Im to dumb according to him. I just do notunderstand basic English. This is yet another reason to not believe that the PayPal alert isnt real.Hes pretty smart for a guy who believes in little green men from outer space. (I just cant get off ofthat). Also not being in private practice and grasping at a law that is used against debt collectors, this isone of the many reasons I call him lazy. He didnt want to bother to try to go through any law books.Heck, he just got out of college and is sick of those books. Plus, this is probably the law he dealswith all day. Hes trying to make it fit because he is to lazy to do any real research. This is also thereason he refuses to address my initial article on the MS Media scam. He is now a part of that scam. That is why I say, if you have to go up against an attorney, this is definitely the guy you want on theother side. He has no grounds, no clue and no class. His parents must be proud.Now on to the next level.

Sturm College Of Law. This is where Warren has his email account.This is the location that Warren sent his letter to me. He actually did send a certified letter in acheap number 10 envelope. I had my staff refuse the letter and turn it over to the Post Masterto be sent to the Post Master General for fraud investigation.

By nowyou can see why these guys want this stuff off the Internet and are making every threat they canagainst me. Now MS Media, Mike Menzel, the staff at MS Media and Warren J Domangue have a choice.They can stop harassing me and just have to live with all this information being posted. Or theycan continue to harass me and suffer the legal consequences for doing so. The last area I will point out is that since the release of the story I did, MS Media hasdramatically revamped their site. If MS Medias opportunity was in fact clear, and MS Media wasIn fact up and up, why would they remove so much information from their site? We all knowwhy. They removed evidence that could be used against them. To late. Besides, even withhaving removed so much information, the site still isnt very clear.

Again, even on the revamped site here, how can MS Media state the average rep makes 2k-3kper week when MS Media is a new company?

Major revamp here. They have a lot to be worried about. If you also noticed on their home page,back 2 pages from here, MS Media says they are presently full and not taking any moreapplications. Guess that means they are worried about the backlash or hoping I take down theinformation on them. Well I guess they now know I have no intentions of taking it down andleaving people unprotected. This scam is fairly old but the people on this one are new. CaughtIn time before creating to much damage. Warrens only out on this entire scandal is to claim that his client, Mike Menzel withheldevidence from him. Probably wont work as Warren had a duty to investigate all the factshimself which he obviously failed to do when he claimed that MS Medias opportunity isstraight forward. Everyone now knows that it isnt. And anyone who revamps a site the wayMS Media has is trying to hide evidence. Another issue that Warren has failed to investigate is his claim that somehow I am guilty ofstalking MS Media. Had Warren bothered to check the phone records of his client, MS Mediacalled me numerous times. I only called them once returning the initial contact phone call andnever once called them after that. Again Warren failed to perform his required duties. Soit is clear that what Warren is guilty of is harassing and threatening me without proper cause.This harassment is after I had demanded that all contact from these people stop. MS Media is located in Colorado. 17015 Wellington Drive, Parker, Colorado 80134 Is the MS Media address as listed byMike Menzel. Its impossible to tell if the address is legitimate or fraudulent for MS Media.I had to do some research to get this as MS Media obviously wonttell you this information on their own web site.
