However, Emiratization means so much more than this. This presentation outlines the highlights for the year of Emiratization and how companies can become active participants.

  2. 2. What is Emiratization?  Emiratization is regarded as an initiative by the government of the United Arab Emirates to employ its citizens in a meaningful and efficient manner in the public and private sectors. However, Emiratization means so much more than this.

How is Emiratization supported?  Emiratization is a concept that incorporates values, systems, ownership and cooperation:  Sharing the values of the Emirates as a global community living day to day the vision of the Emirati Leaders.  Exercising the systems that have been created for the Emirates as a global community.  Creating opportunities for Emiratis to view ownership as becoming active citizens within the Emirates as a global community.  Enhancing cooperation among individuals to function in a oneworld environment intellectually, professionally and culturally.
  4. 4. Sharing the Emirati Values:   Peace  Educational opportunities  Developing people  Believing in people  Sharing knowledge  Aesthetics  Loyalty (Watani programme launched the UAE Societal Values Survey in February, 2013)

Executing the Emirati Systems:  NQEmirates, was initiated to empower students and employers to make employment decisions that help to drive a competitive and sustainable workforce in the UAE. Organizations focusing on the implementation of the NQEmirates are at the forefront of the development of the Nation and we at TSI assist organizations implementing the NQEmirates.
