But assumptions about who these patrons are and what motivates “stickiness”--their commitment to theatre and your organization--can lead you to neglect your most valuable patrons. Learn how some theatres are using a “Loyalty Snapshot” to identify the patrons that they should value most (surprise—it’s not just major donors) and map out strategies to keep them loyal. Jill Robinson of TRG Arts developed the Loyalty Snapshot and led this session at the 2012 Theatre Communications Group conference on how to integrate loyalty into your business model.
