Rdc workflow
First step is to configure your TOPS for RDC
Enter your Heartland credentials
Enter the “Store ID” for each of your associations
Choose whether to print an endorsement on each check

Now simply create a new batch
Scan your first check
Make sure the amounts match up and accept it
Keep in mind this check scanning is global, so you don’t need to separate checks into different communities before scanning

Once the check is scanned three things have happened:
The owners payment ledger has been updated
The image is archived in the payment history
The check is deposited electronically in the associations bank account
