       Analyze critical indicators tied to reimbursement of costly surgical cases resulting in savings of $300,000.
       Serve as the facilitator and liaison between Surgical Service Department and other hospital departments.

       Support and maintain McKesson hospital systems for Surgery department including Horizon Surgical
       Manager, Pathways Horizon Scheduling, Star Financials, and Horizon Patient Folder. Interface with
       surgeons, managers and scheduling staff to improve surgery suite utilization. Oversee IT projects
       throughout Surgical Services.

       Provide monthly productivity reports to monitor physician volume and usage based on case specialty and
       emerging surgical trends. Enhance fiscal decision making in Surgical Services in financial management
       and budget.

       Improved the accuracy and reduced days to billing for custom supplies and implants allowing for better
