CRC HIA Goals Increase understanding and capacity to conduct HIA for use as a tool to advocate for health in our region. Encourage public officials involved with the CRC project to analyze health impacts as part of assessing CRC proposals. Increase stakeholder awareness of health impacts of public land use and transportation. Identify and strengthen the ways in which the CRC and the DEIS process can promote and enhance health.
