  • 2. Who is Obed-Cruz Mena?•Top Ten Most Wanted fugitive since May 2010 Hispanic male DOB 8/8/1987 5’4” and 180 lbs. Black hair Brown eyesLast known address: 100 River Rd, Hendersonville
  • 3. WANTED First degree murder by the Hendersonville Police Department on a warrant Criminal history includes driving without a license
  • 4. Allegations On May 4, 2010, Hendersonville Police Department received a call of a deceased 23- year-old female in an apartment at 142 Sanders Ferry Road The victim was identified as Ashley Carol Sircy, Cruz-Mena’s estranged wife She was strangled to death in their apartment
  • 5. Circumstances of murder The day before the murder Sircy stated she was leaving Cruz-Mena Cruz-Mena left work early the day of the murder Phone records show that Cruz-Mena was in the apartment at 3:15 p.m., the estimated time of the murder
  • 6. Possible whereabouts Shortly after the murder Cruz-Mena’s 1994 green Chevy Blazer was found abandoned in southern Texas He is a Mexican citizen and currently believe to be on the run in Mexico He may return to the United States since he does have family living here
