NORTH ENTRY ADDITION THE PALACE OF AUBURN HILLS Continuing its legacy as America’s most innovative arena, the Palace of Auburn Hills is undertook one of its largest YEAR BUILT enhancement projects since opening in 1988. Rossetti, 2006 having served as the Palace’s original architect, was se- SIZE lected to design the new North Entry Addition. The $20 60,000 SF 3 Levels million project created a new grand entrance to provide guests with additional concourse space, increased dining COST options and amenities, additional box office windows, a $20,000,000 new retail area, a dramatic restaurant/club and ground- SERVICES breaking lounge/club areas. Master Plan Programming Architecture The 60,000 square foot addition contains a spacious lobby Interior Design with a contemporary food court featuring a variety of food Construction Administration and drink choices from upscale restaurants not seen else- where in the Palace. Below the entry level is the exclusive AWARDS Platinum Club, which features eight private suites, for the Most Innovative Curtain Wall System – Glass Magazine Crystal Achievement Awards ultimate in deluxe corporate entertaining. In addition, an AIA Michigan Honor Award area behind and beneath the arena’s east seating sections PROGRAM was transformed into the dazzling Courtside Lounge and Platinum Club and Luxury Suites Club, which boasts five private luxurious rooms.
