      • Islands and countries will be under water.
      • More rain more often.
      • This will result in flooding.
      • Electricity supply could be knocked out.
      • People will be forced to move.
      • Supply of food will diminish.
    • Melting ice on top of mountains
      • The melting of the ice tops will lead to increased capacity of the rivers and their strength which causes increased erosion.
      • It’s leading to a new landscape
      • It would affect agriculture
      • Shortage of food
    • Global and local currents and wind change direction.
      • Glacial melting might cause a change of direction for the Gulf and many other streams.
      • Global warming increases the amount of weather disasters
    • The fresh water supply
      • The ice will melt causing a temporary abundance of fresh water.
      • Lack of fresh water caused by increased salinity
