  • CASE STUDY: SCHWEPPES SCHWEPPES: INCREASING CAMPAIGN VISIBILITY WITH SOCIAL LISTENING THE CHALLENGE: Schweppes, a leading beverage brand, part of Orangina-Schweppes group, has been increasingly garnering buzz on social media Schweppes wanted to monitor its main digital campaigns while preventing bad buzz Their two main objectives: detect crisis / measure and optimize digital actions THE SOLUTION: Synthesio implemented a few different tools to help Schweppes achieve their social listening goals: A Listening Dashboard for Schweppes, alerting the brand on sensitive topics and identifying main influencers - bloggers and influential Twitter users. Quarterly reports to compare different communication campaigns analyzing the volume of brand buzz, share of voice, sentiment, and sources breakdown. A Listening Dashboard of all competitors showing how digital campaigns of Schweppes have been more efficient than their competitors’ campaigns. RESULTS: Through insights gleaned through social listening, Schweppes was able to optimize the visibility of their campaign with celebrity endorser, Uma Thurman - resulting in more buzz than their previous celebrity campaign with Nicole Kidman Schweppes maximized brand awareness and developed relationships with key influencers, by discovering and inviting influential bloggers to Villa Schweppes during the 2011 Cannes Festival. In 2011, the visibility of Schweppes on social media had grown 65% more than in 2010.
