Mongol women were very powerful andstrong!
They were moms.
They helped with the animals.
They sometimes worked in the “Khuriltai.”     This was the Mongol’s government.
Some of them were strong warriors!
Even though the women could do all ofthis, men still had more   power than them.
Mongol women were treated much betterthan other women in               Asia.
The women in China were      not so lucky.
They had to be obedient totheir husbands.
They had to complete allof the domestic duties ofthe house, like cookingand cleaning.
The Chinese menreally liked tiny feet.They made thewomen bind theirfeet, which is wherethey wrap them upsuper tight.
Because their feet were bound, theChinese women usually did not leavetheir house.
They did not get rights untilmodern times.
