    • First Lesson ... after some months at the the engg college , the professor gave us a GK test. Being a good student, I quickly answered all the questions… all, but the last: “What is the name of the sweeper of our institute?
    • First Lesson I handed over my test paper, leaving the last question unanswered. Just before the lesson ended, another student inquired if the last question would be marked. “Certainly!", the professor replied. “You will meet many people in your life. All of them will have some degree of importance.
    • First Lesson They will deserve your attention, even if it is a simple smile or a simple hello". I never forgot this lesson… and went on to learn that the name of our sweeper was Raghu.
    • Second Lesson On the momentous July 26,2005 rainy day in Mumbai ,a frail man was standing on the roadside, in knee deep water His car had broken down and he desperately needed help. Wet to his core, he signalled to the passers by.
    • Second Lesson A young man, stopped to help him out. He pushed his c ar to her to a safe place, called a mechanic and hailed a n auto for him. The frail old man seemed to much in a hurry, but did not forget to thank him and take down his address on a piece of paper.
    • Second Lesson Seven days had already passed when someone knocked at the door of that young man. To his enormous surprise, it was a courier with a huge packet to deliver – a n I-Mac computer & Philips Music System with a note: “Many thanks for helping me on the road that night.
    • Second Lesson The rain had completely drenched me and my soul when you appeared. Thanks to you ,I was able to reach my dying wife just in time. God bless you for having helped me. Sincerely, Dr. PK Singhania"
    • Third LessonSometime ago, when the ice-creams were not soexpensive, a ten-year old boywent to Nirula’s ice-cream pshop. While sitting at thetable, he asked the waiter,“How much does a Sundaecost?” Rs.40,”he replied.The boy took out his moneyfrom the pocket and begancounting it.
    • Third Lesson “Well, how much does asimple ice-cream cost?".There were other peoplewaiting to be served, so thewaiter began to get a littleimpatient.“Rs. 30!" he replied abruptly.The boy counted his moneyagain and said: “Please getme a simple ice-cream!"
    • Third LessonThe waiter served him the ice-cream and his bill. The boy ate hisice-cream, paid his bill at the cashcounter and left.When the waiter went to clean thetable he began to cry… for there, inthe corner of the plate,were Rs 10 … his tip.The boy took a simple ice-creaminstead of a Sundae so he couldleave a tip for him.
    • If you have never experiencedthe danger of war or thesolitude of imprisonment, theagony of torture and hunger,you are much ahead of the500 million people who live inthis world.
    • If you have food in yourrefrigerator, clothes to wear, aroof on your head and a placeto sleep, you are richer thanthe 75% of the people who liveon this Earth.
    • If you can go to your place ofworship without beingthreatened, arrested, torturedor killed, you are luckier thanthe 3000,000,000 persons ofthis world.
    • If you have money in yourbank account and your walletand some loose change insome little box, you are one ofthe world’s 8% well-to-dopopulation.
    • If you are able to read thismessage, you have justreceived a double blessing…one, someone is thinkingabout you…two, you are not one of those2000,000,000 people who areilliterate!
    • Somebody said at some time:Work as if you have no needof the money.Love as if nobody ever madeyou suffer.Dance as if nobody iswatching you.Sing as if nobody is hearingyou.Live as if the Paradise wereon this Earth.
