This is a workshop to help partners/parties to get quicker through to discussion on how shares
should be distributed.
The technique used makes share distribution visual, allows all aspects/steps/competences/cash/
patents to be visually presented and taken into account.
It splits up the decision making process, presents a principle that can be converted into a formula
to which can be referred back to in later stages of the company, so that the decisions in this stage
