  • Welcome. Started actively in October 2008. Have 1600 followers but rank in top 4% of Twitter users in the world. More and more being asked to speak about Twitter as a business tool. Asked by members to present something on Twitter. My goal today is to have it be practical and useful for you. Using hash tag #abn for today’s session.
  • Why Twitter – it’s not for everyone and there’s no need to Twitter just because others do. For me: Have found authors and speakers. Been invited to speak. Found strategic alliances. New subscribers and members. Made friends with –like-minded people.

    What is Strategy?
    • Nowadays, we define business strategy as a long-term approach to implementing a firm's business plans to achieve its business objectives
    • Business tactics and weaponry are more civilised than those used in warfare in 500 BC, but the goal is still to win!
    • In 2500 years, the three fundamental strategic questions have remained unchanged.

    • If you don’t know what you’re aiming for, you won’t know when you get there!
