Unique geographical area = unique challenges… Climate dictated Being 400-800 klm from the core of any given metropolis one can expect higher transportation costs, as well as sporadic delivery times Lower population base to market product abattoir facilities are smaller and usually farther away no Federally inspected plant.
  4. 4. …but also unique advantages land is still affordable and pristine quality forages, fertile soils being climate dictated, we needed to use cold climate soil improving crops native to the north award winning finishing diet of a corn free Pea/Barley ration using plants that work with our climate.
