    On the other side overshoot day in 2013 comes earleir and earlier (20th August in 2013).
    Connaissez-vous une société dont le dirigeant peut se permettre des années durant de brûler son capital de plus de 150%  sans être en faillite ou que son conseil d'administation ne lui remonte les bretelles ?
    Growth in cleantech sectors...
    Nous fetons ces jours-ci les 5 ans de la crise. Even with downtime, en croissance... Pas fantastique mais croissance quand même...
    Les clentechs ont un bel avenir...
    ... Innovation is a must
    But due toi the facing challenges, if not managed appropriately , we will not be able to deliver OTOBOS...
    Project Mgt is an answer to make sure the inviestments in clenatech (incl green it) will be delivered in hour and time...
  • A quick refresh on what is PM.
    By the way, do I have PM's (former ones) ? Ou qui ont été impliqué dans des projets ?
    Dans les modèles tels ue Prince 2, PMI ou APM, la gestio nde projet est un ensemble de processus qui au départ ont un problème à résoudre, une opportunité et qui délivrent in fine un produit final ou service...
    Bien sûr, pour y parvenir, il faut respecter certaines contraintes, la plus connue étant l'OTOBOS...
    Et on y parvient avec certains moyens... la méthodologie, le travail d'équipe, les ressources... ON reviendra pluys tard sur certains de ces domaines (moyens)

  • Bien sûr,, un project est rarement suel dans l'organisation...
    Une première couche présente la gouvernnace : c'est elle qui va entre autre octroyer les moyens/ressources pour permettre de réaliser le projet ... Green-ICT a pu vous donner un aperçu à ce sujet....
    En dessous, les techniques d'ingénieurie définissent l'état de l'art... Ceci fait appel à l'éco-conception... Ce que Green Code Lab a eu l'occasion de présenter...

  • J'ai donc fiat une recherche dans les modèles internationaux

    Bref, suis resté sur ma faim
  • ET comment vais-je faire pour m'assurer que je vais atteindre mes objectifs environnementaux... Faire le suivi...
    Et la manière de coordonner cela...
    Est-ce que mon équipe de projet a les rudiment d'une démarchen environnementale (craddle-to-craddle, eco-design, etc)... Si pas, je suis sûr qu'il y a ici autour de la table des personnes qui peuvent leur donner une formation adéquate...
  • Le green PM... C'est pas cher... C'est (deux en 1) au carré !
    Comme on est sensible à ne pas jeter inutilement les choses, Il faut s'appuyer sur ce qui existe (no waste, reuse...)
    De même pour ce qui existe au niveau PM...
    Mais, il faut aussi que la manière de coordonner le projet se fasse aussi avec l'objectif de réduire l'impact environnemental...
  • Faisons un zoom plus détaillé sur l'un ou l'autre des outils de la gestion de projet.
    Le risk mgt.
    A remarquer aussi que les contraites projet évoluent aussi.. de l'otoOBSO à la dimension planète ..
  • C'est bien connu, dans un projet, il y a tjs des modifications du périmètre... Oiui, mais, ces modifications, ne vont-ils pas alterner les objectifs environnementaux ? L'évolution de cet impact devra aussi se faire

Who am I? - Laurent Janssens Owner of Sustain-IT, which aims to provide advices on green IT, from strategic planning to implementation and on assessments at all stages of the process in between. Previously, 8 years as management consultant/interim Manager advising clients, mainly in the financial sector, on IT governance, portfolio management, project management, project coaching & process improvement. These consultancy assignments benefited from his experience in IT management, Project management, security management and Audit (ICT, Operational, Financial). As background, mechanical engineer (Ir).
